Masala dosa (Tamil: மசாலா தோசை, Kannada: ಮಸಾಲೆ ದೋಸೆ, masāle dōsey/dōsai) is a dish of South India, consisting of a savoury dosa crepe stuffed with a spiced (masala) potato curry.
