DZXL-TV was a secondary television station of the Philippine network ABS-CBN. It was established in 1958 as part of the Chronicle Broadcasting Network, which was merged with the Alto Broadcasting System during the 1960s. After the merger, DZXL-TV became a secondary station serving the Manila area. The station initially broadcast on channel nine, moving to channel four in 1969. After the declaration of martial law by President Ferdinand Marcos in 1972, the station signed off and DWGT-TV later occupied its frequencies.
