William Laurence Wilson (born 11 December 1963) is a former Scottish National Party (SNP) politician. He was a regional list Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) for the West of Scotland region from 2007 to 2011. He left the SNP in 2017 and joined the Scottish Green Party. He served as co-convener of the Edinburgh Branch of the Greens before stepping down in 2019.
