Woodstock is a suburb in Cape Town, South Africa, situated between the docks of Table Bay and the lower slopes of Devil's Peak. One of the city's oldest suburbs, Woodstock is located around 1 kilometre (0.6 mi) east of Cape Town CBD, the city's main economic hub.

The suburb serves as a mixed-use area, with residential, commercial, and light industrial zoning, similar to that of neighboring Salt River.
