"The Roller" is a single by the English rock band Beady Eye, featured on their 2011 debut album Different Gear, Still Speeding. It was the first commercial single to be taken from the album. The song was released as a digital single in January 2011, following the release of a music video on 11 January, and the 7" vinyl release is backed with the song "Two of a Kind". The song features similarities to John Lennon's first solo single, Instant Karma!, a comparison noted by reviewers and acknowledged by songwriter Gem Archer, who said the resemblance came from its descending piano line.
