Sanjaya dynasty

The Sanjaya dynasty (Sanskrit: सञ्जय, romanized: sañjaya, lit. 'conquest, victory, triumphant') was a Javanese dynasty which ruled the Mataram kingdom in Java during the first millennium CE. The dynasty promoted Hinduism on the island.
