Persatuan Sepakbola Indonesia Jayapura, or Persipura, is an Indonesian professional football club based in Jayapura, Papua. The club was founded in 1963 and currently competes in the Championship.
One of the giants of modern football in Indonesia, Persipura has won numerous league and cup titles. The club is known for having a distinct playing style, which often showcases the individual abilities of players.
