Convoy PQ 4 was the fifth of the Arctic Convoys of World War II by which the Western Allies supplied weapons, equipment and raw materials to the Soviet Union (USSR)) to help in its defence against Nazi Germany, following Operation Barbarossa, the German invasion of the USSR on 22 June 1941.

The convoy of eight ships sailed under escort from Hvalfjörður in Iceland on 17 November 1941, all of the escort vessels sailing to the USSR. The convoy arrived with the slower ships of Convoy PQ 3 that it had overhauled, the 15 ships entering the Northern Dvina together and reaching Arkhangelsk on 28 November 1941.
