Nguyễn Quang Hải (born 12 April 1997) is a Vietnamese professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder or winger for V.League 1 club Công An Hà Nội, which he captains, and the Vietnam national team. Widely regarded as one of the best players in Southeast Asia, he is known for his finishing, ball control, vision, and playmaking.
In 2018 and 2019, he was nominated by a panel of sports journalists and football experts for the Best Footballer in Asia award.
