Miqdad Louay Fatiha (Arabic: مقداد لؤي فتيحة, also transliterated as Muqdad Fatiha) is a former commander of the Republican Guard and head of the Coastal Shield Brigade, a "neo-Ba'athist" and Assadist insurgent group which operates in Latakia Governorate.
