The Ministry of Information (Arabic: وزارة الإعلام) is the ministry in charge of state-owned media and press in Egypt, and for regulating the practices through affiliate agencies. Established in 1971, the ministry has been dissolved and re-established several times, most recently being revived in February 2026 under the leadership of Diaa Rashwan.
