Mike De Decker (born 15 December 1995) is a Belgian professional darts player who competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events, where he is ranked world number nineteen. Nicknamed "the Real Deal", he won his first major title at the 2024 World Grand Prix, defeating Luke Humphries 6–4 in the final. He won his first PDC Pro Tour title at Players Championship 16 in 2024. He finished as runner-up at the 2025 Belgian Darts Open on the PDC European Tour, as well as at the 2025 Australian Darts Masters on the World Series of Darts. He reached his second major quarter-final at the 2024 Players Championship Finals.

In his youth career, De Decker won four PDC Development Tour titles.
