The Sussex and Brighton Combined Authority (SBCCA) is a proposed combined authority in south-east England. The proposal is linked to the English Devolution Bill, first outlined in 2024 by the Starmer ministry. The region would have a directly elected mayor. The first election will be held in May 2026.
