Liu Xingtai (Chinese: 刘星泰; born January 1963) is a former Chinese politician who spent most of his career in both provinces of Shandong and Hainan. As of May 2024 he was under investigation by China's top anti-graft watchdog. Previously he served as vice chairperson of Hainan Provincial People's Congress. He is the first senior official in Hainan and the 27th senior official in China to be disgraced by China's top anticorruption watchdog in 2024.
