Feng Fei (Chinese: 冯飞, born December 1962) is a Chinese politician, serving as the Party Secretary of Hainan since 2023. He was the former governor of Hainan from 2020 to 2023. He serves as the chairman of the Standing Committee of the Hainan Provincial People's Congress, director of the Provincial Financial Committee, and first secretary of the Party Committee of the Hainan Military District. He is a member of the 20th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.
