Kosovar or Kosovan refers to the nationality of persons who hold citizenship in Kosovo. As it is a nationality term, there is no Kosovar ethnic group. While the majority of Kosovars are ethnic Albanians (92%), the country is home to other ethnic communities as well, including Serbs, Bosniaks, and others. Kosovar citizenship can be acquired through birth, naturalization, or other legal processes.
