Kevin Painter (born 12 July 1967) is an English former professional darts player who competed in British Darts Organisation (BDO) tournaments from 1992 to 2001, before switching to the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) in 2001, playing professionally until 2021. Nicknamed "the Artist". he was the runner-up to Phil Taylor in the 2004 PDC World Championship final, widely considered as one of the greatest televised matches in darts history. He won his only PDC major title at the Players Championship Finals in 2011.
