Kelda Helen Roys (born June 24, 1979) is an American attorney, small business owner, and Democratic politician from Madison, Wisconsin. She is a member the Wisconsin Senate, representing Wisconsin's 26th Senate district since 2021. She previously served two terms in the Wisconsin State Assembly, from 2009 to 2013. She is a current candidate in the Democratic Party primary for governor of Wisconsin in the 2026 election. She previously ran unsuccessfully in the 2018 gubernatorial primary, and in the 2012 congressional primary for Wisconsin's 2nd congressional district.
