Indian Hills Community College (IHCC) is a public community college in Iowa with campuses in Ottumwa and Centerville. IHCC serves both traditional residential students and commuter students, primarily from a ten-county area in southeast Iowa as well as portions of northern Missouri. This regional service area includes the cities of Ottumwa, Centerville, Oskalossa, Fairfield, Albia, Bloomfield, and Chariton. IHCC is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.
