Huỳnh Thị Thanh Thủy (born 1 July 2002) is a Vietnamese beauty pageant titleholder and model. She is known for being crowned Miss Vietnam 2022 and then became famous when she was crowned Miss International 2024.

She is the first Vietnamese to be crowned Miss International, and the second time that Vietnam won one of the Big Four beauty pageants, six years after Nguyễn Phương Khánh won as Miss Earth 2018.
