The Anti-Hamas insurgency in Gaza is an ongoing civil conflict in the Gaza Strip that began in May 2024. It involves clashes between the Hamas-led government in Gaza and the anti-Hamas militant groups in Gaza, which backed by Israel and are affiliated with Fatah and allegedly also to the Islamic State (IS).
