Gotion High Tech, usually known as Gotion, is a manufacturer of lithium-ion batteries headquartered in China. As of 2025, it had a 3.5% market share, making it the world's sixth-biggest battery manufacturer. It is part-owned by the Volkswagen Group, which acquired a 24% stake in 2020 for $1.1 billion.
Gotion produces both lithium iron phosphate (LFP) and lithium nickel-manganese-cobalt oxide (NMC) batteries. In addition to cells and batteries, the company also produces cathode and anode active material.
