Francesca Hong (born November 4, 1988) is an American chef, community organizer, and Democratic politician from Madison, Wisconsin. She is a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing Wisconsin's 76th Assembly district since 2021. She is the first Asian American member of the Wisconsin Legislature. She is a candidate in the Democratic primary for governor of Wisconsin in the 2026 election.
