Officially it refers to itself as the Palestinian National Liberation Movement - "Fatah" (Arabic: حركة التحرير الوطني الفلسطيني- فتح), the identical name of the major Fatah movement. Fatah al-Intifada is not part of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO).
