EG Group Limited is a British multinational operator of filling stations, convenience stores and fast-food service providers across Europe, the United States and Australia. The company was founded in 2001 by brothers Mohsin Issa and Zuber Issa as Euro Garages, beginning with a single petrol station in Bury, Greater Manchester.

The group expanded across the United Kingdom by acquiring forecourts from oil companies that were divesting from retail operations to focus on refining and upstream activities.

In October 2015, private equity firm TDR Capital acquired a minority stake in Euro Garages for £1.3 billion.

In October 2016, TDR Capital's European Forecourt Retail Group (EFR) merged with Euro Garages to form Intervias Group, which was later renamed EG Group.

The group's expansion has been largely financed through debt, with net debt approaching £8 billion as of March 2023.

Since 2023, the company has undertaken significant asset sales and restructuring in order to reduce debt, including the sale of land underlying many of its U.S. forecourts in sale-and-leaseback transactions and the divestment of various assets to Asda, EG On The Move, Yum! Brands and Ampol. The restructuring would also include the company becoming a public American company.

In August 2025, the company confirmed the sale of its Italian and Australian divisions and indicated it may either divest its United States operations or pursue a U.S. stock market listing of the business under the name Cumberland Farms Group.

There are plans to relocate the group's global headquarters from Blackburn to Charlotte, North Carolina. In the interim, the company remains headquartered at Euro House in Blackburn.
