The Cignal Super Spikers are a women's professional volleyball team in the Philippines owned by Cignal. Since 2021, the team competes in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL), originating from the Philippine Super Liga (PSL) where they have played from 2013 to 2020.

First known as the Cignal HD Spikers, the team saw early success during the 2013 Philippine Super Liga season, finishing as runners-up in both the Invitational Conference and Grand Prix. In the 2017 Invitational Cup, the team also finished as runners-up, but were declared co-champions of the conference. Since then, the team has consistently finished in the podium, but have yet to earn another title. In 2021, the HD Spikers moved to the PVL after Cignal acquired the broadcast rights to the league. In 2025, the team rebranded to their current moniker after twelve years.

Notable Cignal players include Venus Bernal, Jovelyn Gonzaga, Angelique Dionela, Rachel Daquis, Ces Molina, Gel Cayuna, and Erika Santos.

Cignal is also the sister team to the PLDT High Speed Hitters, and formerly its 2013–2018 predecessor as well as the Smart–Maynilad Net Spikers, all of which are under the MVP Group umbrella.
