The 2025 Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference was the 22nd conference of the Premier Volleyball League and the third conference and fourth and final tournament of the 2024–25 season. The sixth Reinforced Conference features twelve teams with one foreign guest player allowed on each team. The tournament began on October 7 and will run until November 30, 2025. It was held following the Philippines' hosting of the 2025 FIVB Men's Volleyball World Championship.
This would also go on to be the last conference for the Chery Tiggo Crossovers before disbanding on December 2, 2025.
