Zwingenberg (German pronunciation: [ˈtsvɪŋənˌbɛʁk] ⓘ) lies in the Bergstraße district in southern Hessen, Germany, south of Frankfurt and Darmstadt, and with the granting of town rights coming in 1274 it is the oldest town on the Hessen Bergstraße.
