Zhang Lihong (Chinese: 张黎鸿; born May 1963) is a retired Chinese military officer with the rank of major general in the People's Liberation Army (PLA). He previously served as Commander of the Jiangsu Provincial Military District and was a member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.
