Yip Hon Weng (born 1977) is a Singaporean politician who had spent 17 years in the Singapore's Administrative Service across the Ministries of Manpower, Defence, National Development, Health and the Prime Minister's Office prior to politics. He is currently a Director at Temasek where he works on human capital strategies and workforce transformation across the firm’s portfolio companies. A member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP), he has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Yio Chu Kang Single Member Constituency (SMC) since 2020.
