Yellow Wolf (Comanche)
Yellow Wolf (Comanche: Isa-viah, spelled also “Sa-viah” and sometimes misspelled as “Sabaheit”, “Little Wolf”; born c. 1800 or 1805 — died 1854) was a War Chief of the Penateka division of the Comanche Indians. He came to prominence after the Council House Fight, when Buffalo Hump called the Comanches and, along with Yellow Wolf and Santa Anna, led them in the Great Raid of 1840. He was Spirit Talker (Mukwooru)'s nephew and Buffalo Hump (Potsʉnakwahipʉ "Buffalo Bull's Back")'s cousin and best support.
