Yehuda Kaploun (Hebrew: יהודה קפלון, born 1968) is an Israeli-American Chabad-Lubavitch rabbi, businessman, and conservative political figure. He was nominated as U.S. special envoy to monitor and combat antisemitism by President Donald Trump in May 2025. He was confirmed by the Senate on December 18, 2025 on a vote of 53–43.
