General Ye Win Oo (Burmese: ရဲဝင်းဦး; born 21 February 1966) is a high-ranking Burmese military officer currently serving as the Commander-in-Chief of the Myanmar Army, a position he assumed in March 2026. He succeeded Vice Senior General Soe Win, who had long held the post.
He concurrently serves as the Joint Chief Executive of newly established Office of National Defence and Security Council and served as joint secretary of State Security and Peace Commission (SSPC). He was appointed as the Joint Secretary of the SAC on 2 February 2021, in aftermath of the 2021 Myanmar coup d'état.
