Xinbin Manchu Autonomous County (simplified Chinese: 新宾满族自治县; traditional Chinese: 新賓滿族自治縣; pinyin: Xīnbīn Mǎnzú Zìzhìxiàn, Manchu: ᠰᡳᠨᠪᡳᠨ ᠮᠠᠨᠵᡠ ᠪᡝᠶᡝ ᡩᠠᠰᠠᠩᡤᠠ ᠰᡳᠶᠠᠨ; Möllendorff: sinbin manju beye dasangga siyan), or simply Xinbin County (postal: Sinpin; simplified Chinese: 新宾县; traditional Chinese: 新賓縣), is one of the three county-level divisions under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Fushun, in the east of Liaoning Province, China, bordering Jilin Province to the east. The autonomous county has a population of 217,259, and covers an area of 4,285 square kilometres (1,654 sq mi).

The county is home to Hetu Ala, the first capital of the Later Jin. The Yongling Mausoleum (清永陵), the joint burials of Mengtemu, Fuman, Giocangga and Taksi, are also located in the autonomous county.
