Wien-Aspern Airport (ICAO: LOWA) was an airport in Aspern, Vienna, Austria. It was established in 23 June, 1912, and operated until closure in 30 April, 1977. Throughout its history, it was used by the Austro-Hungarian Air Force during World War I, Luftwaffe during the Anschluss in World War II, and the Soviet Air Forces during Red Army occupation in the 1950s.
