The white-vented violetear (Colibri serrirostris) is a species of hummingbird in the subfamily Polytminae, the mangoes. It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, and Paraguay. In April, 2024, one was also photographed at Batsu Gardens in Costa Rica.
