It is set mainly in New York City, following the lives of two sisters: vivacious teenager Holly (Amanda Bynes) and her responsible older sister Val (Jennie Garth). The series ran for four seasons on The WB from September 20, 2002, to March 24, 2006, with a total of 86 episodes produced.
