Wayne Francis Tinkle II (born January 26, 1966) is an American former basketball player and college basketball coach. He was most recently the head coach at Oregon State University from 2014 to 2026. Tinkle was also the head coach at his alma mater, the University of Montana, from 2006 to 2014. He played professionally for twelve seasons until 2000, including stints in the Continental Basketball Association (CBA) and International Basketball League (IBL), as well as in Sweden, Spain, Italy, and Greece.
