It is owned by Nexstar Media Group and is managed alongside WNAC-TV (channel 64), an affiliate of Fox and a de facto owned-and-operated station of The CW. The two stations share studios on Catamore Boulevard in East Providence, Rhode Island; WPRI-TV's transmitter is located on Pine Street in Rehoboth, Massachusetts.
