Volodymyr Oleksiyovych Makukha (Ukrainian: Володимир Олексійович Макуха; b. 7 June 1955, Yaroslavl, Russia) is a Ukrainian politician and diplomat. Minister of Economy of Ukraine in the second Yanukovych government from 4 August 2006 to 21 March 2007. In 2006 he was the Ambassador of Ukraine in Japan.
