Volchikhinsky District (Russian: Волчихи́нский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the fifty-nine in Altai Krai, Russia. It is located in the southwest of the krai. The area of the district is 3,593.7 square kilometers (1,387.5 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Volchikha. As of the 2010 Census, the total population of the district was 19,703, with the population of Volchikha accounting for 52.8% of that number.
