Provincial road 381 (Droga wojewódzka nr 381), also designated DW 381, is a voivodeship road in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in south-western Poland. The route is about 54 km long and connects Wałbrzych with Kłodzko, passing through Jedlina-Zdrój, Głuszyca and Nowa Ruda.
The road runs through the mountainous area of the Sudetes and forms an important regional connection between the Wałbrzych area and the Kłodzko Valley.
