Vladimir Fyodorovich Promyslov (Russian: Владимир Фёдорович Промыслов; 28 August 1908 – 22 May 1993) was a Soviet politician. He served as the Mayor of Moscow between 1963 and 1986 and was succeeded by Valery Saykin.
