Vladimir Grigoriyevich Kulishov (Russian: Владимир Григорьевич Кулишов; born 20 June 1957), is a Russian political military commander who is currently a General of the Army, the First Deputy Director of the Federal Security Service (FSB) – Head of the FSB Border Service of Russia since 11 April 2013.
