Vladimir-Suzdal school

The Vladimir-Suzdal school (Russian: Владимиро-суздальская школа) was a Russian art school that developed in Vladimir-Suzdal in the 12th–14th centuries. It is known for its achievements in stone architecture, white-stone carving, icon painting and fresco. The White Monuments of Vladimir and Suzdal were included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site list in 1992.
