Subramanyam Noharathalingam (Tamil: சுப்பிரமணியம் நோகராதலிங்கம், romanized: Cuppiramaṇiyam Nōkarātaliṅkam; born 7 June 1963), commonly known as Vino Noharathalingam, is a Sri Lankan Tamil politician and Member of Parliament.
