Vietnamese clothing (Vietnamese: Trang phục Việt Nam) indicates various styles of clothing traditionally and historically worn in Vietnam. The most popular style of traditional Vietnamese clothing is áo dài, a 20th century modernization of áo ngũ thân designed primarily for women. Other traditional garments still in use to varying degree include áo tứ thân, áo ngũ thân, áo bà ba, áo tràng, nón lá, khăn vấn, and nón quai thao.
Historically, Vietnamese clothing was heavily influenced by Chinese aesthetic in both folk fashion and formal court dress traditions. Over time, elements from Cham, Malay, and later Western fashion introduced through France were also incorporated, shaped broadly by regional proximity, climate, and historical contact.
