Vathypedo (Greek: Βαθύπεδο, before 1928: Προσβάλα, Prosvala; Aromanian: Buzvală) is a village and a former community in the Ioannina regional unit, Epirus, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality North Tzoumerka, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 10.127 km2. Its population was 89 in 2021. Vathypedo is located on the slopes of the Sarmanitsa hill and a flat area at a lower altitude is formed and drained by a stream called Goura, a tributary of the Arachthos.
