Unterföhring (German pronunciation: [ʊntɐˈføːʁɪŋ], lit. 'Lower Föhring', in contrast to "Upper Föhring") is a municipality in Upper Bavaria. It lies adjacent to the northeast side of Munich, and is one of the nearest suburbs to Munich's central district.
