Turzyn (Polish: [ˈtuʐ.ɘ̟n]; German until 1945: Torney [tɔʁˈnɛɪ̯]) is a municipal neighbourhood of Szczecin, Poland, located within the Downtown district. It is a mid-rise housing estate dominated by tenement houses. The neighbourhood has an area of 1.57 km2, and in 2022, was inhabited by 16,227 people. Turzyn dates to the High Middle Ages, when it was a small farming community. By the 20th century, it developed into a suburb, and was incorporated into the city in 1910.
